The remote sensor is housed in an electrical box. The solar panel is attached to keep the battery charged.
Here's what's inside the box:
The Freewave Radio, 12 volt battery, Arduino with a proto shield, battery charger, and ping transducer.
Hope it is water proof enough, we'll find out shortly since its going to rain tonight.
